Learning Objectives:
- To understand the importance of - and limitations of - vaccinations in immunocompromised patients. Recognize that differences in vaccine response may be driven by both drug and disease in immunocompromised patients.
- To understand recommendations around vaccination, immunosuppressant holding/timing around vaccination, and managing live vaccinations - in an immunocompromised patient population.
- To understand the importance of - and challenges so far - to passive immunity strategies like monoclonal antibody pre-exposure prophylaxis.
