Medical Student Director

DeBusk College of Osteopathic Medicine

Linda Burks is the Medical Student Director at Henry County Hospital. Henry County Hospital is a rural training site for the DeBusk College of Osteopathic Medicine. This core site hosts six osteopathic medical students per year. Although the site is remote from the university they provide a robust didactic and Level 2 Board Prep Series.

Dr Anya Cope serves as Campus Dean and Associate Dean of Graduate Medical Education of the Harrogate Campus of DeBusk College of Osteopathic Medicine. In her role she helps 367 students achieve placement in their residency program of choice. As Associate Dean of Graduate Medical Education she leads osteopathic physicians to be ready to serve, heal, and lead.

Polly Dole, MD

Emergency Medicine

Dr Polly Dole serves as the local Director of Medical Student Education for the Auburn Campus of Edward Via College of Osteopathic Medicine. In her role she helps oversee osteopathic clinical education at HCA Florida Fort Walton Destin Hospital. She is a practicing Emergency Medicine Physician in a Level 2 Trauma Center.

Amanda Finley, DO, FACOI

Internal Medicine

UCF HCA Florida Fort Walton Destin Internal Medicine Residency

University of Central Florida, College of Medicine. She is a founding faculty member and serves as the Program Director for the Internal Medicine Residency Program for the UCF/HCA Florida Healthcare (Fort Walton-Destin). She works closely with regional osteopathic colleges to recruit and train osteopathic internal medicine physicians.
