John Frith, D.O., FAAAAI, FACOI, is a board-certified allergist/immunologist specializing in the care of both pediatric and adult patients. He serves as a Clinical Assistant Professor at Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine and is a member of the American College of Allergy, Asthma & Immunology (ACAAI) Practice Management Committee. Dr. Frith is a frequent national speaker on topics in allergy and immunology.
Dr. Frith earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine before completing his Internal Medicine residency at Botsford Hospital, where he served as Chief Resident. He completed fellowship training in Adult and Pediatric Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology at Case Western Reserve University/University Hospitals Cleveland Medical Center and has authored multiple peer-reviewed publications in leading allergy and immunology journals.
His clinical interests include food allergy, chronic urticaria, asthma, seasonal allergic diseases, and primary immunodeficiency. He is a Fellow of both the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma & Immunology (FAAAAI) and the American College of Osteopathic Internists (FACOI).
