Jason’s practice focuses on administrative and regulatory law, legislative and governmental affairs, and civil matters. Throughout his career, Jason has represented local governments, law enforcement agencies, healthcare professionals, and professional associations in complex regulatory, employment, and governmental matters.

Jason has extensive experience defending licensed professionals in administrative proceedings before the Florida Division of Administrative Hearings, state departments, and professional licensing boards. He also advises governmental entities on employment issues, regulatory compliance, executive orders, administrative procedures, contractual matters, and implementation of newly enacted Florida legislation.

Jason is a frequent lecturer throughout Florida on the laws and administrative rules governing healthcare professionals. He regularly presents on legal and regulatory issues affecting osteopathic physicians, allopathic physicians, podiatric physicians, and other licensed healthcare providers, with an emphasis on professional licensure, regulatory compliance, and developments in Florida law.

Jason serves as General Counsel to several statewide professional organizations, providing strategic legal guidance on governance, regulatory compliance, legislative matters, and day-to-day operations.
