Dr. Banga is a Board-Certified Osteopathic OBGYN who prides herself on empowering women of all ages via thorough and compassionate healthcare.

Dr. Banga graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a BSc in Zoology and Biomedical Science. She earned her D.O. degree at OSU-CHS in Tulsa, OK, in 2007. She completed her internship and residency at UMDNJ- SOM (now ROWAN-SOM) in 2011. After graduating, she joined an all-women hospital-employed OBGYN group in Sidney, Ohio. After five years with them, she relocated to Greensboro, NC, in 2016, where she works in private practice as a Partner with Greensboro OBGYN Associates.

While in medical school, she served in numerous leadership roles. She was chosen as Student Ambassador and treasurer of the Student Senate body for her Class of 2007. She was concurrently the Assistant Regional Director of SNMA for Region III, the President of SNMA of OSUCHS, and Vice President of the OBGYN Association of OSU-CHS. In these roles, she organized multiple successful health fairs and mentoring events in the community. At graduation, she was conferred the Outstanding Service and Leadership award.

As an actively practicing physician, Dr. Banga has served on several hospital-affiliated committees, including Surgical Services, Protocols, Access and Growth, and Medical Executive. From 2020 to 2021, Dr. Banga participated in the Physician Leadership Academy of Cone Health.
Dr Banga has been a delegate at international medical conferences with AOA/AMCOA and chaired several annual conferences (85th Spring, 86th Fall, 88th Spring, 2021 OMED) for ACOOG. She serves in multiple roles with ACOOG, including as a Member of its Board of Trustees, the Chair of the Medical Education Committee, a Member of the DEI Task Force, a Member of the Strategic Planning Committee, and a Member of the Governmental Affairs Committee. She represented the ACOOG as a member of CAAR.
