Learning Objectives:

In this session, you'll learn how to:

  • To understand what the responsibilities physicians have with regard to their colleagues being impaired.
  • Lay out generally accepted practice in the approach to suspected impairment of physicians in the clinical setting.
  • Clearly delineate the rights of the physician suspected of impairment and the process of aiding them into recovery.
