Dr. Joseph W. McCollom DO obtained his osteopathic degree from Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine in East Lansing, Michigan. He completed his Internal Medicine residency at Metro Health Hospital in west Michigan and completed a fellowship in Hospice and Palliative Care as well as Hematology/Medical Oncology through Wright State University in Dayton Ohio. His passion is integrating the compassionate care of supportive oncology to the competent innovation of disease directed oncology. Dr McCollom has been able to present at the national and state level as well as several award-winning research presentations locally for integration of supportive care into oncology practice. He is board certified in Internal Medicine, Hospice and Palliative Medicine and Medical Oncology He is an active member of the American College of Osteopathic Internists (ACOI), American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO), American Association of Hospice and Palliative Medicine (AAHPM), European Society of Medical Oncology (ESMO). Dr McCollom is sub-specializing in gastrointestinal medical oncology (esophageal, gastric, hepatic, small bowel, pancreatic, colonic, rectal cancer) as well as palliative, integrative and survivorship oncology with a primary clinical research focus in this field. His program achieved an international designation from ESMO as an integrated palliative care in oncology center, one of six centers in the United States. He currently serves as co-chair of the ASCO supported Palliative Care in Oncology Community of Practice, a social media editor for the Oncologist and associate faculty for OncoAlert. He lives in northeast Indiana with his wife and two young children. He enjoys endurance sports and has run several half marathons and a triathlon, is active within his church community and relishes time with his family.

Dr. Lamie is a dual board-certified internal medicine physician and Assistant Professor at the University of Texas in Houston, where he practices at the renowned MD Anderson Cancer Center. In his leadership roles, he serves as Medical Director for both Breast Cancer and Sarcoma Cancer Services, overseeing comprehensive clinical programs that provide cutting-edge care to patients. Additionally, he directs a team of 30 Advanced Care Practitioners within the Department of Hospital Medicine, guiding their efforts to deliver high-quality inpatient care and ensuring seamless coordination across multidisciplinary teams.
Dr. Lamie graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Missouri–St. Louis. He earned his medical degree from Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences and completed his residency at Creighton University. He is a contributor to a Springer Nature book pending publication, Hematology and Oncology Hospital Medicine: A Guide for the Frontline Clinicians, where he has authored a chapter focused on acute care management of breast cancer. Dr. Lamie also advises multiple healthcare systems and insurance companies on utilization review and hospitalization guidelines and denials.

Dr. Deborah A. Humphrey is a board-certified internist and hospice and palliative medicine physician with more than three decades of clinical, teaching, and leadership experience. She earned her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from Nova Southeastern University and completed internal medicine residency at the University of South Florida (USF), where she served as Chief Resident. At USF she is currently an Associate Professor and serves as a faculty educator for medical students, residents, and fellows.
An academic clinician, Dr. Humphrey has authored and co-authored numerous peer-reviewed publications, invited commentaries, textbook chapters, and case reports in journals including Southern Medical Journal, The Journal of General Internal Medicine, and Case Reports in Medicine. Her scholarly work spans clinical reasoning, hospital medicine, and medical education. She serves as a journal reviewer and regularly presents lectures and abstracts at conference meetings, including the American College of Physicians and the Association of Program Directors in Internal Medicine.
Her excellence in teaching and service has been widely recognized. Honors include the Florida Medical Association Distinguished Physician Award, the USF Distinguished Physicians Alumna Award, the Golden Apple Award for teaching, Fellow of the American College of Physicians, and the Marcus Award for Academic Excellence. She has served as a national judge for the American College of Physicians research and clinical vignette competitions.
Dr. Humphrey contributes to professional advancement through abstract review panels, national competitions, and mentorship programs for osteopathic physicians. Locally, she is committed to community service as Board President of Family Promise of Hillsborough County, a nonprofit supporting homeless families. Through patient care, scholarship, and mentorship, she has dedicated her career to compassionate medicine, education, and improving healthcare delivery.

Dr. Michelle Zeotony completed her undergraduate medical education at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. She pursued Internal Medicine (FL) and the subspecialty in Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine (MI). Following completion of the fellowships she took special interest in sleep disorders and sleep medicine so she completed an additional Fellowship at University of Medicine and Dentistry in NJ. Once she completed training she moved with her family to FL to work in private practice. She has been in private practice since 2011 and now works entirely outpatient to optimize sleep and pulmonary conditions primarily but has a real focus in preventive care and prevention of disability and disease related to medical conditions.
