During her career, she has forged strong working relationships in Congress, throughout the “House of Medicine,” within the public health community and across federal departments and agencies. Dr. Charlene LePane has devoted over thirty years to patient care, starting as a hospital volunteer at 16, then progressing through roles as a nurse and physician. She earned a BS from Auburn University, a MSPH from UAB and an MBA with a focus on Healthcare Administration from Barry University. . Her medical education was completed at Kansas City University, followed by an Internal Medicine residency at Mt. Sinai Medical Center/Jackson Memorial Hospital in Miami, FL, and a gastroenterology fellowship at St. John Hospital/Henry Ford Medical System in Detroit, MI. Dr. LePane is dual-board-certified in gastroenterology and internal medicine. She currently practices as an AHMG gastroenterologist and serves as the Chief Medical Information Officer for the Central Florida Division, where she finds great satisfaction in using technology to enhance provider experiences and patient care. Dr. LePane served as a District 3 Florida Osteopathic Medical Association President and continues her involvement as an alternate delegate for the FOMA. She also serves on the Board of Trustees for the American College of Osteopathic Internists and holds fellowships with the ACOI, American College of Gastroenterology, and the American Society of Gastrointestinal Endoscopy.Dr. Charlene LePane is deeply committed to patient safety initiatives and serves as a dedicated mentor and physician leader. She actively participates in various volunteer committees and engages in scholarly activities, generously sharing her extensive experience with both students and colleagues. As a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE) for three years, she is devoted to mentorship and fostering professional development in others. Chad A. Link, D.O. FACC, FACOI received his medical degree from Michigan State University’s College of Osteopathic Medicine in East Lansing, Michigan. Robert W. Hostoffer, DO, is an AOA board-certified osteopathic allergist, immunologist and pediatrician.
Dr. Hostoffer practices at Allergy/Immunology Associates in Mayfield Heights, Ohio. He is a clinical professor at the Ohio University Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine at Athens, an associate professor at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland and an adjunct professor at Lake Erie College of osteopathic Medicine.
Dr. Hostoffer is the past president of the American College of Osteopathic Pediatricians, Cleveland Academy of Osteopathic Medicine, Cleveland Allergy Association and the Ohio Osteopathic Association. He is now a member of the board of the American Osteopathic Association and NOBME. He is the program director of the Allergy/Immunology fellowship (ACGME/Osteopathic Recognition).
Dr. Hostoffer earned his Osteopathic medical degree from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed his pediatric residency training at Doctors Hospital in Columbus, Ohio, and a fellowship in pediatric immunology from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. He has completed a master’s in medical education (LECOM, Erie, PA) as well as a master’s in business administration (St Joseph University, Philadelphia, PA) and a certificate in Physician Leadership from the University of Chicago.

Bryan L. Martin, DO, MMAS, is currently the President of the World Allergy Organization (WAO) and a Past President of the American College of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology (ACAAI). Dr. Martin has been honored by the College as a Distinguished Fellow, and for Distinguished Service. He has won other prestigious national awards such as the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education Courage to Teach Award and the US Army’s Lewis Aspey Mologne Award for Military Academic Excellence. Dr. Martin was most recently at The Ohio State University where as a Professor of Medicine and Pediatrics, he served as the Associate Dean for Graduate Medical Education, the Designated Institutional Official and the Associate Medical Director for University Hospitals as well as serving as the program director in Allergy and Immunology and as Chief of the Allergy Immunology Division. Prior to his service at Ohio State, Dr. Martin spent 29 years in the US Army. He spent his last 9 years of military service at Walter Reed Army Medical Center where he served as Chair of the Department of Allergy and Immunology, the program director for the Allergy Immunology fellowship and the consultant to the US Army Surgeon General for Allergy and Immunology. He was also the Medical Troop Commander for the Third Armored Cavalry Regiment during Desert Shield and Desert Storm. Active in Organized Medicine at all levels, Dr. Martin is the past Chair of the International Collaboration in Asthma, Allergy and Immunology (iCAALL) and past Chair of the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) Allergy and Immunology Residency Review Committee. He also served on the Board of Directors of the Joint Council of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology and as a member of the Food and Drug Administration Allergenic Products Advisory Committee. -

Dominic F Glorioso Jr, DO PhD FACOI FAAHPM HMD, is the Associate Medical Director of Amedisys Hospice in Harrisburg, PA. He is also an Assistant Clinical Professor of Internal Medicine at the newly launched Duquesne University College of Osteopathic Medicine in Pittsburg, PA. He recently earned a PhD in Healthcare Bioethics from Duquesne University in December of 2023. He has taught medical students since the 1980s as a preceptor in Pensacola, Florida. When he moved to York, PA, in 1997, he frequently had students in his outpatient internal medicine office. In 2003, he became the medical director of VNA Hospice. In 2005, he took the Harvard Course in hospice and palliative care. He received the designation of Faculty Scholar. he then became the Lead Educator for Palliative Care at WellSpan Health System in York. From 2015 until 2019, he was the medical director for palliative care and supportive medicine at UPMC Pinnacle in Harrisburg, PA. Dr. Glorioso is board-certified in Internal Medicine, Hospice, and Palliative Care and is certified as a Hospice Medical Director. He enjoys lecturing about palliative care and healthcare ethics. He also has written a book about healthcare ethics for physicians, nurses, social workers, and chaplains entitled A Practical Guide to Applying Ethical Principles at the Bedside, which should be available early next year. -
