Clinical Challenges for Hospitalists
Internists have very busy practices and it is impossible for them to keep updated on all the medical advances and structural initiatives related to the myriad of clinical cases that are presented to them. These materials address key gaps that have been found to exist in hospital-based internists' practices. These gaps were determined through literature reviews, population health data reported by the CDC and quality measurement sources (e.g., AHRQ, NCQA), and ongoing survey activities within ACOI.
These materials are designed for internists, sub-specialists, and other health professionals who are hospital-based clinicians.
